La pointe du Raz
The panorama is exceptional, offering a magnificent view of the open sea, with theIle de Sein opposite and the Crozon peninsula on the right. Finistère (Penn Ar Bed in Breton) means End of the Earth. The end of the world… that’s where we are, at the Pointe du Raz. This rocky promontory defines the westernmost part of Cap Sizun and is a nature reserve.
La pointe du Van
On the other side of the Baie des Trépassés, a little further north of the Pointe du Raz, the Pointe du Van offers an exceptional view of the open sea, the Ile de Sein and the Cap de la Chèvre.
Audierne
Well known for its fishing port specializing in lobster and spider crab, Audierne also has a beautiful beach overlooking the Bay of Audierne, bounded by the Pointe du Raz to the north and the Pointe de Penmarc’h to the south.
